3. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:
- electrical installations;
- relay devices;
- contactors;
- smart PDUs;
- network equipment;
- mining hardware;
- cooling systems;
- solar equipment;
- batteries and energy storage systems.
Users must ensure that all connected equipment is installed and operated in accordance with applicable regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
4. Automated Actions
The Service may automatically perform actions including:
- miner reboot;
- pool switching;
- profile switching;
- sleep mode activation;
- wake operations;
- relay activation;
- relay deactivation;
- power cycling;
- recovery procedures;
- scheduled actions.
Such actions may occur automatically once configured by the user.
5. No Safety Certification
Miner Watchdog is software only.
Miner Watchdog does not certify, inspect, approve, or validate:
- electrical systems;
- relay devices;
- contactors;
- solar systems;
- power infrastructure;
- industrial control equipment.
6. Hardware Compatibility
Users are solely responsible for verifying compatibility between Miner Watchdog and any third-party hardware.
Miner Watchdog makes no guarantee regarding:
- hardware compatibility;
- hardware reliability;
- vendor implementations;
- third-party firmware.
7. Risk Acknowledgement
By enabling automation features, users acknowledge that:
- automated actions may affect equipment operation;
- improper configurations may lead to interruptions;
- third-party hardware may fail;
- communication errors may occur;
- device state may be delayed, stale, or mismatched with the actual physical state;
- retry or recovery logic may repeat actions after timeouts or communication failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miner Watchdog shall not be liable for:
- equipment damage;
- electrical failures;
- relay failures;
- contactor failures;
- power outages;
- mining interruptions;
- loss of mining revenue;
- solar generation losses;
- battery system losses.

By enabling or using automation, relay control, recovery workflows, or power control features, users expressly accept this disclaimer.
