- power and infrastructure management within user-controlled environments.

- facilitate criminal activity;
- evade sanctions or trade restrictions.
Unauthorized Access
- gain unauthorized access to systems;
- attempt privilege escalation;
- bypass authentication controls;

Platform Abuse
- overload the Service;
- interfere with platform operation;
- exploit software vulnerabilities;
- abuse trial accounts;
- create fraudulent accounts;
- abuse payment flows, credits, or chargeback processes;
- automate bulk account creation or abusive scripted usage.
Reverse Engineering
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary platform components or cloud infrastructure, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. User Content
Users are solely responsible for uploaded content.
Users may not upload:
- malware;
- ransomware;
- illegal content;
- copyrighted material without authorization;
- harmful software;
- diagnostic files containing malicious payloads;
- credentials, secrets, or protected data uploaded unlawfully.
Miner Watchdog reserves the right to remove content that violates this Policy.
6. Security Violations
Users must not attempt to:
- bypass security mechanisms;
- disable monitoring systems;
- interfere with authentication;
- access data belonging to other users.
7. Enforcement
Miner Watchdog may investigate violations of this Policy.
Actions may include:
- warnings;
- feature restrictions;
- account suspension;
- account termination;
- reporting to authorities when required.
8. Changes
Miner Watchdog may modify this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
