These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Miner Watchdog platform, website, cloud services, Local Agent software, automation systems, APIs, monitoring services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading software, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Provider

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- you have authority to manage equipment connected to the Service;
- your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
4. Description of the Service
Miner Watchdog provides tools for monitoring, automation, diagnostics, management, and recovery of ASIC mining infrastructure, including cloud services and Local Agent software operating in user-controlled environments.
Features may include:
- cloud monitoring;
- local watchdog execution;
- miner discovery;
- miner management;
- fleet management;
- notifications and alerts;
- log collection and analysis;
- pool management;
- automated recovery;
- scheduling;
- relay integration;
- power control;
- automation workflows;
- future energy and solar integrations.
Features may change at any time.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security;
- safeguarding login credentials;
- protecting access to your devices;
- enabling two-factor authentication when available.
You must immediately notify Miner Watchdog of any unauthorized access.
6. Local Agent
Miner Watchdog may use Local Agent software installed on systems controlled by the user.
The Local Agent may:
- communicate with miners;
- store miner credentials locally;
- execute automation commands;
- communicate with relay devices;
- collect logs and telemetry;
- perform recovery actions.
Miner administrative passwords remain stored locally in encrypted form and are not transmitted to Miner Watchdog Cloud.
7. Pool Credentials
By default, pool credentials are not synchronized to Miner Watchdog Cloud.
Users may explicitly enable pool credential synchronization through Security Settings.
Synchronization remains disabled unless the user provides explicit consent.
8. Automated Actions
The Service may perform automated actions configured by the user.
These actions may include:
- miner reboot;
- pool switching;
- profile switching;
- sleep mode activation;
- wake actions;
- automatic recovery;
- relay control;
- power cycling;
- command execution.
Once enabled by the user, such actions may occur automatically without additional confirmation.
Users remain fully responsible for all automation settings.
9. Power Control and Infrastructure Disclaimer
The Service may integrate with:
- relay devices;
- smart power distribution units (PDUs);
- contactors;
- industrial controllers;
- power monitoring systems;
- energy management systems;
- solar monitoring systems.
Miner Watchdog does not manufacture, install, certify, inspect, or guarantee third-party hardware.
Users are solely responsible for:
- electrical safety;
- installation quality;
- local regulations;
- equipment compatibility;
- power infrastructure configuration.
Miner Watchdog shall not be liable for damages arising from power control operations or third-party hardware failures.
10. Uploaded Content
Users may upload:
- logs;
- configuration files;
- diagnostics data;
- support files;
- screenshots;
- exported reports;
- related operational materials.
Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
Users grant Miner Watchdog a limited license to store, process, analyze, transmit, and display such content solely as necessary to operate the Service, provide support, perform diagnostics, and maintain security.
11. Credits
Miner Watchdog may use an internal credits system.
Credits:
- have no cash value;
- are not currency;
- cannot be redeemed for money;
- cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency;
- cannot be withdrawn.
Credits may only be used within Miner Watchdog services.
12. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to certain features requires an active subscription or available service credits.
Miner Watchdog may maintain subscription records, billing records, credit balances, and transaction history.
Subscription fees are displayed on the pricing page.
Failure to maintain payment may result in:
- service limitations;
- suspension;
- termination of access.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or other payment processors.
Miner Watchdog does not store complete payment card information.
13. Free Trial
Miner Watchdog may offer free trial periods.
Trial terms may change at any time.
At the end of a trial period, paid access may be required.
14. No Profit Guarantee
Miner Watchdog does not guarantee:
- mining profitability;
- mining revenue;
- hardware uptime;
- pool performance;
- cryptocurrency earnings;
- recovery success.
Mining results depend on factors outside the Service's control.
15. Availability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Miner Watchdog does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may occur due to:
- maintenance;
- hosting provider failures;
- network outages;
- third-party service disruptions;
- force majeure events.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miner Watchdog shall not be liable for:
- loss of mining revenue;
- loss of cryptocurrency;
- equipment damage;
- business interruption;
- data loss;
- indirect damages;
- consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.
17. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- violate applicable laws;
- abuse the Service;
- interfere with platform operation;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- reverse engineer proprietary components;
- distribute malware;
- use the Service for attacks against third parties.
18. Termination
Miner Watchdog may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms;
- abuse platform resources;
- create security risks.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
19. Changes
Miner Watchdog may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country of residence of the Service Provider, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
